🐼 Fiat Ducato Wipers Not Working

No power to fuses on Fiat 14 ducato van (1987) alternator charging, headlights, horn, hazard all ok, no power to indicators, wipers, heater fan, fuel gauge, temp gauge. all fuses are ok, engine starts I have had this issue with my van (2000 Hymer A class). Whilst the Hymer is based on a Ducato, I believe the wiper system to be from Volvo (truck?), but I would imagine them to be similar in construction. The circlip mention above is accessed by removing the nut and spring washer holding the wiper arm, and pulling the wiper from the spindle. I have an '02 Ducato and had to replace the washer pump and horn, on mine its a 15 minute job to take off the large front bumper for ease of access to both of them. 4 small screws holding the "Fiat" cross bar under the bonnet catch, one bolt each side under the wheel arch (at the end of small "retaining" bars) and two larger bolts under plastic caps at front. They were from a motor factors and probably the Bosch ones mentioned by @Stealaway , I would never think of buying wiper blades from a main dealer. B***y expensive though €35.40!!
